Returns & Refunds – US Wildflower Maps

US Wildflower Maps is a brand of DIGIDOC Pty Ltd (ABN 32 600 627 496).

We want you to be happy with your wildflower art. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases for damaged or incorrect items we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • custom or personalised items (if applicable)
  • digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
  • sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@uswildflowermaps.com.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
