US Wildflower Maps is a brand of DIGIDOC Pty Ltd (ABN 32 600 627 496).

We partner with trusted print and logistics providers to deliver your wildflower art as quickly and reliably as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, weather conditions, and carrier capacity.

Shipping Times

United States
Economy: 4 to 8 business days
Standard: 2 to 5 business days
Note: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

Canada
Standard: 2 to 5 business days

Australia
Standard: 3 to 6 business days

Order Processing

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or reshipped free of charge.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at returns@uswildflowermaps.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement order.
